Reem was incredibly supportive and attentive. She guided me step by step, was always available, and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciated the one-on-one attention and how smoothly everything was coordinated. The doctor was outstanding—very skilled, thorough, and focused on ensuring the best possible results while making me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. What impressed me the most was the level of care and follow-up. The team checked in with me daily, and even arranged for a nurse to visit me at the hotel, which made a big difference in my recovery and overall experience. I had a great experience with Doctor Soner Tezcan and his medical coordinator Rayan! I am about one week post-op after lipo 360 and fat transfer and I feel pretty good! Ever my procedure, Rayan was really good with answering all my questions and concerns. I am from Canada and travelled to Turkey for this procedure so that can be very nerve wracking , but the medical team made me feel super comfortable the whole way. When I arrived and had my consultation with the doctor, he was very honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on more procedures, he actually told me what he thought the most conservative approach was. I’m glad I took his opinion as I am 100% satisfied. All the medical staff at the hospital were also extremely supportive and kind. Highly recommend!!

I have to, I just have to publicly express my impressions about my trip to Turkey, Istanbul Zaren Clinic and their employees. I had an abdominoplasty surgery with liposuction 360. I would start with my first contact, which is my translator Summeyya. A woman born for this job, she helped me understand absolutely everything and answered my questions in the middle of the night, we laughed together, a wonderful woman without whom nothing would have been possible. If you come from the Balkan countries, believe that you are lucky to have her as a translator. My next contact was with Omer the assistant who did not leave anything to chance and who demanded additional analyzes and because of that really gave me confidence because they explained to me that my health comes first. Also, in cooperation with Sumeyya, he patiently answered all my questions, and in the end made me feel as comfortable as possible at the end of the trip when extracting the drains that he performed himself. And now my fantastic doctor, Dr.Soner. He entered the hospital room so calm, so down-to-earth as if no one and nothing existed at that moment except that project, me. He literally told me in advance what could and could not happen. Since I had a large amount of excess skin on my abdomen, he knew that there was a chance that my breasts would not be done. AND YOU KNOW WHAT. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. When I told him that I wanted to be his best project, he replied that he tries to be everyone. At the time, neither he or I knew that I would really become one. He removed 9.3 kg of skin and fat from my stomach. And today, 10 days after the operation, I can do almost everything by myself. Thank you for being the epitome of a doctor and doing your job conscientiously. And the last but completely important person on this journey of mine is my physiotherapist Muhammed. A man who radiates positivity, a man to whom I played our music, who got me on my feet and helped me not to be afraid of anything. The person next to my wonderful Sumeyya who literally told me to write when I need something. That's right, two days ago he gave me another answer in a series to my question. THANK YOU ALL ,THIS TEAM DOESN'T NEED TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE THEY WERE BORN FOR THIS JOB. May God give you happiness and long life♥️ Thanks from bottom of my heart ♥️
